Required Knowledge: Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment (steam kettles, stoves, food processors, potato peelers). Leased-asset maintenance (basic infrastructure). Procurement management and supplier handling for spare parts. · GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE AND MOBILITY This position requires travel according to schedule to the following locations: Honda / Guaduas: Operational base (rotational) Espinal: Twice per month or as required Girardot: Twice per month or as required Fusagasugá: Once per month or as required Villeta: Once per month or as required Melgar: Once per month or as required Chaparral: Once per month or as required · MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machinery and leased assets. Perform specialized maintenance on critical equipment (steam kettles, electrical systems, motors of kitchen equipment). Complete equipment life records, maintenance forms, and management reports.
