




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage commercial functions such as quotations and orders, along with office tasks and interdepartmental coordination. The company requires an Administrative Assistant who performs commercial functions (quotations, orders, client follow-up) and office tasks (reporting, billing). Key Responsibilities: Commercial Management: Prepare quotations, track orders, ensure budget compliance and customer service (after-sales). Administrative Support: Update databases, prepare reports, and manage documentation. Coordination: Support Architecture, Logistics, and Billing departments to ensure timely deliveries. Communication: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Profile and Requirements: Education: Technical, technological, or university-level studies in administrative or related fields. Skills: Excellent service attitude, assertive communication, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge: Proficiency in office software; knowledge of SAP B1 ERP is preferred.
