For our operation in Madrid, Cundinamarca, if you have experience in industrial production and availability for operational tasks, along with competencies such as adherence to processes and standards, effective communication, and ethical behavior, we are looking for you! Your Mission Support operational tasks in the production process, especially in packaging, loading, inspection, and material organization activities. Perform verification, classification, and product handling tasks, as well as support non-conforming product recovery processes and basic maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards on the plant floor. What We Look for in You Academic Qualification: High School Diploma. Experience: Six months of experience in industrial production, performing tasks such as packaging, sealing, counting, labeling, palletizing, or related activities—ideally within manufacturing companies. Experience in floriculture (post-harvest), construction, and/or agriculture is also applicable. Key Competencies: Adherence to processes and standards, effective communication, ethical behavior. Conditions Salary: Current legal minimum wage: $1,750,905 COP plus transportation allowance, shuttle service, and all statutory benefits. Job stability. Work Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and vice versa; work four days and rest three. Work Location: Madrid, Cundinamarca. Shuttle service available in neighboring municipalities (Facatativá, Bojacá, Funza, Mosquera, Madrid).
