Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Provider Coordinator to optimize the transportation network by managing, evaluating, and developing providers, and improving service levels. For our operation in Madrid, Cundinamarca, if you are a professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or International Business, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in transportation and provider management, we are looking for you! Your Mission Optimize the transportation network through provider management, evaluation, and development, and implementation of a direct driver network, aiming to reduce intermediary costs and improve service levels. Analyze provider performance, propose improvements to contracting and operational structures, monitor management indicators, and ensure operational continuity aligned with the company’s policies and strategic objectives. What We Look for in You Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in related roles managing procurement, contracting, negotiation, and monitoring of transportation providers, carriers, and fleets. Knowledge of transportation and fleet provider management, logistics cost analysis, management indicators, transportation networks, Office tools, and logistics ERP systems. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM; Saturdays until 11:00 AM. Work Location: Madrid, Cundinamarca, with shuttle service available for neighboring municipalities and major roads in Bogotá (Calle 80 and Calle 13).
