Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant with experience in material handling to carry out and execute receiving, storage, delivery, and distribution activities, ensuring order and compliance with standards. For our operation in Madrid, Cundinamarca, if you are a High School Graduate or Technical Graduate in Logistics, Industrial Processes, or related fields, with a minimum of one year of experience in material handling and competencies such as effective communication, teamwork, and results orientation, we are looking for you! Your Mission Safely and efficiently carry out and execute receiving, storage, delivery, and distribution activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and intermediate process materials. Support forklift, pallet jack, and associated equipment operations; participate in physical inventory counts; perform material unloading and loading; manage weighing controls; and complete operational forms. Ensure material order, cleanliness, identification, and protection, complying with quality and safety standards and established procedures. What We Look for in You Academic Qualification: High School Diploma and/or Technical Degree in Logistics, Industrial Processes, or related fields. Experience: Minimum one year as a logistics or warehouse assistant, managing inventories, radiofrequency, WMS systems, SAP or similar, merchandise organization, or similar. Knowledge of inventory control, and material receiving and dispatch. Knowledge of spare parts, raw materials, or similar inflows and outflows is a plus. Conditions Salary: COP $1,800,000, plus transportation allowance, shuttle service, and all statutory benefits. Direct employment contract with the company. Work Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and vice versa; 4 days on, 3 days off. Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts. Work Location: Madrid, Cundinamarca; shuttle benefit available for neighboring municipalities and main roads of Bogotá.
