Work Location: Rural area – Facatativá \-Cundinamarca Schedule: Full-time – On-site **Job Objective** Support management in the company’s administrative organization and financial control by continuously analyzing cash flow, projecting income and expenses, and scheduling orderly payments to suppliers and other obligations. This position aims to strengthen financial decision-making through Excel-based indicator tracking, accounting data analysis, and timely control of expenses, purchases, and inventories, thereby contributing to the company’s financial sustainability and operational efficiency. **Mandatory Requirement:** Availability to travel between El Rosal and the rural area of Facatativá. Must own a motorcycle and maintain up-to-date documentation (Exclusionary requirement) **Education Level:** Final-semester student or recently graduated professional in: Business Administration Public Accounting Financial Administration or related fields **Bilingual:** Not required. **Work Experience:** No experience required and/or minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, financial, or accounting support roles. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and update weekly and monthly cash flow statements, projecting company income and expenses. * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, supporting the orderly scheduling of payments for management authorization and execution. * Support projection of operating income and expenses, enabling anticipation of liquidity needs. * Process payroll updates and/or submit medical leave requests. * Prepare basic financial reports for management. * Assist the accounting team in analyzing operating costs and administrative expenses. * Support the organization in documentation and archiving in accordance with guidelines provided by the department. * Prepare physical or digital supporting documents for the accounting department related to expenses, purchases, and payments, as well as their corresponding filing. * Perform petty cash reconciliations. * Execute minor procurement processes (stationery, cultivation supplies, administrative services, etc.). * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain better prices and payment terms. * Monitor basic inventories of supplies and materials. * Submit reports on purchases, expenses, and potential savings. * Design and maintain basic management indicators in Excel. * Support the preparation of administrative and financial reports for management. * Propose improvements to optimize costs and operational efficiency. * Issue delivery notes and other forms as required by the immediate supervisor for operational needs. * Other duties inherent to this position or supporting administrative management and operations. **Required Knowledge** * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Basic familiarity with accounting software preferred (SIIGO, AGIL, or equivalents) * Basic knowledge of cash flow and financial control * Organization of physical and digital files * Administrative management **Personal Competencies** * Strong organizational skills and numerical analysis ability * Attention to detail * Responsibility and confidentiality regarding information * Clear and assertive communication * Commitment to meeting deadlines * Proactivity in proposing improvements **Working Hours** Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) (2\) Saturdays per month 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
