Provide necessary support to the raw materials, production, maintenance, and environmental management areas effectively and safely by using forklifts; to ensure the continuous operation of the supply chain. Responsibilities · Report to maintenance or immediate supervisor any anomaly occurring in the area, whether mechanical, electrical, or related to the process, product, or any situation that could affect process safety and continuity · Comply with all procedures implemented for the different activities involving receipt, storage, and delivery of raw materials · Perform cleaning and fueling tasks for gasoline or gas-powered forklifts to ensure proper operation; must report fuel inventory levels to the scale assistant to maintain inventory records · Comply with the proper use and cleanliness of work attire and personal protective equipment provided by the company · Participate in safety meetings with shift personnel before starting work · Unload, load, or transport raw materials, materials, waste, supplies, or machinery within established timeframes to prevent delays in the flow of various processes · Conduct shift handover by providing necessary information to the incoming worker to ensure smooth operations; including loads received, rotation or consumption, forklift condition, inventory updates, loading/unloading information, and any other relevant incident affecting the job · Accurately record load data on shipping documents and inventories, temperatures on designated forms, and report any anomalies · Perform and document forklift inspection before starting the work shift and inform direct supervisor if the forklift requires maintenance to ensure its correct and safe operation · Clearly identify each product entering the warehouses according to specified instructions · Prevent waste generation during unloading or movement of raw materials caused by improper handling with forklifts · Ensure proper use of crates and pallets used for unloading raw materials; they must be neatly arranged in assigned spaces, must not remain in the unloading area unless scheduled, and must be properly stacked to prevent accidents and damage · Immediately report any incident, damage, or breakdown occurring in the area to the direct supervisor · Keep all access doors to raw material warehouses closed and under strict control to prevent unauthorized movement of raw materials and entry of pests · Maintain an updated physical inventory layout map of raw material warehouses for easy location within them · During daily physical inventory procedures, verify the condition of raw materials regarding quality and consumption priority, and report any anomalies to establish a consumption plan · Transport cassava baskets to the designated washing area without exceeding authorized capacity · Record and transfer consumed quantities of raw materials for each production line into the PC\&R Personal Mc Caín system During the night shift, perform automatic weighing of raw potato transported from external storage in the PC\&R system
