Salary: Negotiable according to experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:43 pm, with Saturday availability when required by production. Contract: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, then transition to an indefinite contract directly with the company. Functions to perform \* Verification of optimal conditions for process start-up and closure \* Dispensing of raw materials \* Manufacturing according to manufacturing protocol \* Production according to production orders, priorities, and work schedule as specified in the manufacturing protocol and good manufacturing practices. Achievement of established yields and procedures. Providing feedback for updating manufacturing protocols to the Design \& Development Manager for necessary adjustments. Compliance with process controls, batch completion checks, and confirmation of final bulk weight. Evaluation of bulk conditions and timely feedback to the immediate supervisor regarding potential stability issues for analysis and supervision. No transfer to the next process until confirmation that the manufactured bulk meets all established quality criteria.
