Position Summary: We are seeking an MIPE Supervisor with experience in floriculture to lead teams and integrated pest and disease management processes, with a strong results orientation. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in the floriculture sector and integrated pest management. 2. Supervision and control of MIPE department objectives. 3. Development of analytical-numerical skills and results orientation. A floriculture company requires an MIPE Supervisor for its team; candidates must hold a high school diploma, agricultural technician or technologist degree, or related qualification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leadership positions within the floriculture sector, specifically in carnation cultivation, spraying team management and coordination, integrated pest and disease management, chemical inventory, budgeting, and workforce management. Strong technical expertise required in leadership, analytical-numerical skills, and results orientation. Your mission is to supervise, organize, control, and support the achievement of the company’s MIPE department objectives and processes. Work Location: Madrid, Cund.
