Job Summary: We are seeking an MIPE Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams in the floriculture sector, controlling pests and diseases and managing resources to achieve objectives. Key Highlights: 1. A floriculture company requires an MIPE Supervisor for its team; candidates must hold a high school diploma, technical or technological degree in agriculture or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within the floriculture sector, specifically in carnation cultivation, team management and coordination for spraying operations, integrated pest and disease management, chemical inventory, budgeting, and workforce management. Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, analytical-numerical ability, and results orientation are required. Your mission is to supervise, organize, control, and support the achievement of objectives and processes within the company's MIPE department. Work Location: Madrid, Cund.
