**Import Assistant** A leading company in the industry is seeking a committed and organized professional to join its team as **Import Assistant**. **Required Profile**: * Professional or technologist in: * Foreign Trade * International Business * Industrial Engineering * Experience: **2 to 3 years** in similar roles. **Specific Knowledge**: * Import and export regulations * Foreign exchange regime and compensation accounts * Current customs legislation and operations * International trade terms * Customs classification of goods * ERP system proficiency (preferably **SIESA**) * Knowledge of **OTM** * Management of documentation for international suppliers * Shipment tracking and transit time monitoring * End-to-end import process (from arrival to final destination) * Intercoms and certificates of origin * Tax and import settlements **Languages and Tools**: * English: **A2 \- B1** * Excel: **Intermediate level** * Office Suite: **Intermediate \- Advanced** **Key Skills**: * Analytical thinking * Problem solving * Numerical analysis * Attention to detail * Proactivity and resourcefulness **Working Conditions**: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * (Availability for overtime when required) * Salary: **$2\.300\.000 to $2\.500\.000** * Non-salary transportation allowance: **$140\.000** (extralegal) Position type: Full-time
