The purpose of this role is to identify, analyze, and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and quality in operations, promoting a continuous improvement culture that enables data analysis, process standardization, challenging of current processes, and application of measurement methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean to establish KPIs aligned with operational standards. Your Responsibilities: Review and validate process improvement opportunities. Design improvement plans with measurable impacts. Update and monitor continuous improvement area management indicators. Manage administrative, operational documentation, and reports for internal and external audits. Maintain sustainability of implemented improvements with operations coordinators. Establish a Gantt chart to track procedure and instruction reviews and their applicability. Create and process consignment transfer and/or return orders as requested. Coordinate services and supplies with designated suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and execution of maintenance activities to sustain operational continuity.
