Part of a team committed to excellence We are seeking a Service Technical Assistant for KAESER COMPRESORES DE COLOMBIA S.A.S. In this position, you will be part of a team committed to excellence in technical service. Your role will involve supporting compressor maintenance and repair, as well as assisting in continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate must have technical training in electromechanics, electricity, and/or related fields. Prior experience in industrial equipment maintenance You must be an organized individual, capable of working in a team and solution-oriented. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing equipment failures, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance. Additionally, you will collaborate with the service team to develop operational procedures and improve processes. Preference for candidates residing in municipalities adjacent to Cundinamarca (Madrid, Mosquera, Funza); Salary: $2,064,000 to $2,200,000; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; availability for paid overtime work if required; initial contract is for a specific project or task, with potential to transition to an indefinite-term contract directly with the company.
