Position: Projects Director – Antioquia A dynamic, growing, and expanding company is seeking, for its team, a professional with experience in the real estate sector, leadership of key projects, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. The Challenge: Lead the Antioquia region’s project portfolio, ensuring planning, execution, control, and closure—with a focus on results, financial sustainability, and strategic alignment. Responsibilities Lead the regional project portfolio and define priorities. Allocate and optimize human, technical, and financial resources. Implement monitoring and control over project execution. Ensure budgetary control and risk management. Lead a direct team (5 people). Serve as a strategic liaison with senior management and stakeholders. Provide expert input on business viability and sustainability decisions. Desired Profile Professional degree in Engineering or Architecture. Training in Project Management (PMP certification preferred). Experience as a Projects Director and leading teams. Strategic vision, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
