Purpose of the Position To receive and register in the system all Requests, Complaints, and Claims (PQR) submitted by users, delivering friendly, empathetic, and respectful service. To support the timely and effective handling of requests, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and compliance with service quality standards. Required Profile Technical degree in Systems, Customer Service, or Administrative fields. 1 year of experience in roles related to customer service and experience.
