Company dedicated to providing comprehensive logistics solutions for the entire supply chain is looking for an Inventory Assistant and/or Administrative, committed, proactive and willing to learn and grow in the sector. **Preferred location:** Funza, Mosquera, Cota, Siberia, Facatativa **Required Profile** * **Academic background:** High school graduate or Technician/Technologist in administrative, logistics or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in roles such as administrative assistant or inventory assistant. * **Systems or certifications:** Knowledge in inventory management systems (preferably WMS), Siglo XXI, Piciz, Muisca. **Working Conditions** * **Type of contract:** Indefinite term. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays half day, according to operations. * **Salary:** $1,443,000 + Transportation allowance $200,000 + benefits * **Additional benefits:** Mobility allowance of $176,000 **Job Description** Responsible for correctly and timely registering information in internal and external systems required for proper inventory operational management, complying with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. **Main Functions** * Entering information into the inventory management system (WMS). * Registering data on platforms such as Siglo XXI, Piciz, Muisca, among others. * Generating performance indicators. * Responding to requests from internal and external customers. * Complying with established logistics procedures and instructions. * Applying the Manual of Good Logistics Practices. * Document management for customer creation and registration (when applicable). * Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
