A leading company in the logistics and transportation sector requires a QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER for its team to identify causes of operational failures, evaluating loading and unloading processes, in order to implement corrective and preventive actions that enhance service levels and business profitability. In pursuit of process improvement, aiming to reduce compensation claims related to failures, shortages, and thefts. Applicants must hold a technical or technological degree in logistics-related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation companies, with knowledge of stowage, packaging, cargo consolidation and deconsolidation; experience in quality management, compensation handling, and report generation is preferred.
