Quality Manager

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for implementing the quality schedule, monitoring material testing, managing non-conformities, and optimizing processes to ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Manage product quality from scheduling to optimization. 2. Lead monitoring and analysis to ensure material quality. 3. Develop and implement quality procedures and controls. Implement the annual work schedule for the quality department. Responsible for monitoring material testing to guarantee product quality. Responsible for implementing and tracking indicators in the department to identify and optimize improvement opportunities. Analyze test results for quality and new projects statistically and historically. Manage handling of non-conforming products and customer quality-related complaints. Prepare reports required by management. Fulfill additional quality commitments to the customer. Conduct analysis of all tasks to be performed, verifying compliance with customer quality standards. Develop specific procedures. Sampling plan, internal and external testing, and process controls for raw materials and finished products. Maintain quality records (controls and protocols).
