Ability to interpret structural drawings What We Are Looking For: We are looking for **Construction Foremen (Gray Work)** with **extensive verifiable experience in concrete structures**, especially in **slab reinforcement**, construction of **walls**, and execution of **shafts** (stairwells, elevator shafts, ducts, or similar). We value **site discipline**, **technical precision**, **compliance with specifications**, and the ability to deliver structural work meeting high standards of quality and safety. Your main responsibilities will be: * Perform **rebar installation** (cutting, bending, and tying) for **slabs, beams, columns, and walls**. * Carry out **formwork/shuttering** (traditional or system-based) for structural elements: slabs, walls, beams, and **shafts**. * Support and/or perform **concrete pouring**, vibration, leveling, and **initial finishing** of structural elements. * Conduct **basic layout** according to drawings (levels, axes, plumb lines, and squares) and support dimensional control. * Strip forms and execute **concrete curing**, following established procedures. * Support **minor structural corrections and repairs**, as directed by technical staff. * Assist in **quality supervision** of rebar installation, formwork, and concrete pouring, verifying compliance with drawings and specifications. * **Coordinate and guide assigned personnel (assistants)** when necessary. * Adhere to established **project schedules**, reporting progress and any issues. * Strictly comply with **occupational health and safety regulations**, including use of PPE and safe work procedures.
