




**Fundación Hogares Claret** requires a Therapeutic Trainer for its team to provide continuous support to program users, ensuring healthy coexistence, conflict prevention, crisis intervention, time management, and the development of daily living activities. **Academic Level:** High school graduate with a diploma in Drug Addiction Counseling. **Training:** Pharmacodependence, SPA consumption, therapeutic communities, addiction management, psychopathologies, anxiety disorders, psycho-pharmacology, crisis intervention, psychosocial support, first aid. **Experience:** 12 months working with children and/or adolescents. **Workplace:** Sasaima, Cundinamarca - Finca Los Naranjos, Vereda San Bernardo. **Contract Type:** Work or Service - Full Time. **Salary:** $1.450.000 monthly + Transportation allowance + Overtime + Shift differentials. **Responsibilities:** **1.** Plan, organize, direct, and control center activities related to the position. **2.** Conduct individual and group interventions when containment and support are required. **3.** Lead and implement the coexistence agreement and conflict resolution in alignment with the educational component. **4.** Participate in developing individual care plans, follow-ups, and other required reports. **5.** Promote active participation of users in all educational and pedagogical activities, projecting an image of authority, trust, and care. **6.** Lead scheduled therapeutic groups in daily living. **7.** Ensure compliance with scheduled daily living activities. **8.** Conduct regular inspections of physical facilities, removing illicit substances and sharp or pointed tools and materials that could cause physical aggression. **9.** Create reflective spaces to identify and overcome negative behaviors or conduct. **10.** Provide academic accompaniment and reinforcement to program users. **11.** Safeguard the physical and psychological safety and integrity of users to prevent and avoid abuses and situations endangering their dignity and safety. **12.** Organize, accompany, and evaluate sports, cultural, educational, social, or recreational outings conducted within the program. **13.** Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
