Position Summary: We are seeking a JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT to support the Operations Director in technical, administrative, and operational aspects, ensuring quality and proper execution of the construction project. We are looking for a ***JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT*** — a Technician, Technologist, or Professional with training in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Works Administration, Civil Construction, etc., and a minimum of 2 years of experience in this role. The purpose of this position is to provide technical, administrative, and operational support to the Operations Director regarding the construction project, ensuring quality, timely execution, compliance, and adherence to the allocated budget. Candidates must own a motorcycle, as mobility within the area is required. Your responsibilities will include: \- Supporting verification and assurance of work quantities, unit prices, materials, and associated costs \- Submitting periodic reports on progress, productivity, waste, and quantities (designs and mix designs) of the construction work \- Supporting verification of the quality of work and materials used at all stages of the project (foundation, structure, finishes) \- Ensuring compliance with construction schedules \- Managing personnel (construction assistants, skilled workers, and contractors) \- Supporting the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department regarding height-permit procedures and verification of PPE usage \- Performing all tasks assigned and inherent to the position We offer: \- Direct employment contract with the company and job stability \- Salary: $2\.200\.000 \+ transportation allowance \+ $300\.000 rolling allowance \+ all statutory benefits \+ statutory surcharges \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (availability on Sundays if required) Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
