Job Objective Supervise various operations, establishing controls and monitoring them within the Logistics Center with support from your logistics team to achieve optimal, efficient, and effective operations—aligned with company and client standards—to meet customer needs and corporate objectives. Job Requirements Technical diploma, technological degree, or university student in the sixth semester of administrative or engineering programs. Two years of experience. Knowledge of basic operational procedures (receiving, picking, storage, dispatch). Basic knowledge of product handling and manipulation. If you join us, you must remain with the organization for at least one year; if selected through an internal recruitment process, you must remain in your current role for at least 18 months. Schedule: Mon–Sat, rotating shifts: 6 AM–2 PM, 8 AM–6 PM, 11 AM–7 PM Responsibilities * Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Ensure the quality and accuracy of data used in analysis. Must ensure the assigned shift achieves daily operational objectives while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Lead and guide work teams, focusing on roles and responsibilities.
