Following company and client-established standards, in order to meet customer needs and company objectives. **Job Requirements** ---------------------------- Technical degree, technologist, or university student in the 6th semester in administrative or engineering fields. 2 years of experience. Knowledge of basic operational procedures (receiving, picking, storage, dispatch). Basic knowledge of product handling and manipulation. If you work with us, minimum 1 year of tenure in the organization; in case of having won an internal posting, minimum 18 months in the current role. Schedules: Rotating shifts Mon-Sat 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. / 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. **Responsibilities** ------------- 1\. Client Request Follow-up: * Receive, register, and follow up on client operational requirements. * Ensure correct execution of requests within established timeframes. * Maintain constant communication with the coordinator to report progress and resolve client incidents. 2\. Supplier Performance Evaluation Reporting: * Collect and analyze performance data of logistics suppliers. * Prepare periodic compliance reports (timeliness, quality, incidents). * Propose improvement actions based on obtained results. 3\. Monitoring of Pending Transits: * Monitor the status of ongoing transits. * Identify delays or deviations and escalate according to established protocols. * Keep the transit database updated and generate preventive alerts. 4\. Activity Planning Using Scheduling Information: * Analyze the scheduling of operational activities. * Request resources and timelines from the coordinator to ensure planning fulfillment. * Adjust planning according to operational changes or unforeseen events. 5\. Reporting Improvement Opportunities: * Identify opportunities for optimization in operational processes. * Document findings and propose action plans. * Follow up on the implementation of improvements.
