We are looking for a **Billing Assistant**, your responsibilities will focus on: · Reviewing, managing, and controlling requests from different departments via email · Processing merchandise transfers between warehouses with assigned locations in the SOFSIN system; handling credit notes for higher invoiced amounts and/or discounts for institutional clients, wholesale, and platforms · Handling returns of commercial shipments due to various reasons from platforms and institutional clients, as requested by the executive; providing necessary support to the returns department · Defining grouped codes (combos) with items and articles assigned by the purchasing department, and assigning locations in the SOFSIN system as requested by the responsible person · Updating and importing institutional price lists for commercial management **What do you need to be the right candidate?** · Technologist or student in the final semesters in administration or related fields. · Minimum experience of (6\) months to (1\) year in administrative and/or billing areas.
