Maintenance of the sales point and support in inventory management. *B* *Provide personalized, high-quality customer service, advising customers on purchasing footwear and accessories to ensure a satisfying shopping experience that contributes to achieving sales targets, customer retention, and company sales growth.* *Main Responsibilities* * *Greet customers courteously and promptly.* * *Identify customer needs and offer suitable purchase alternatives.* * *Advise on features, benefits, and care instructions for footwear.* * *Achieve company-established sales targets.* * *Promote additional and complementary products.* * *Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales point.* * *Ensure displayed products have up-to-date pricing.* * *Conduct periodic inventory counts and support inventory control.* * *Receive, organize, and store merchandise.* * *Report product-, customer-, or inventory-related updates to the manager.* * *Handle the cash register when authorized.* * *Comply with company commercial policies and internal procedures.* * *Participate in sales and customer service training programs.* * *Support opening and closing procedures of the sales point.* * *Maintain excellent personal appearance and store presentation.* * *Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a service-oriented attitude.* \* Workplace: On-site employment
