IAM Systems Engineer (Identity & Access Management) with German B2 level for relocation to Austria

We seek professionals with experience in Identity \& Access Management (IAM) who wish to participate in challenging projects within modern technology environments, with extensive opportunities to contribute ideas, develop solutions, and work in highly collaborative teams. Essential Requirements Profiles failing to meet these requirements will not be considered. * Minimum German language level B2 (mandatory). * At least 3 years of experience in the IAM field, demonstrably participating in 2 or 3 identity and access management-related projects. * Experience with IAM tools such as: o SailPoint o Saviynt o Delinea o Okta o Nexis o Ping Identity * Practical, execution-oriented profile with solid knowledge in: o Operating systems o Databases o Networks Responsibilities * Design and evolve IAM architectures for various customer environments. * Define and implement secure processes related to digital identities and access control. * Analyze, design, support, and optimize existing IAM systems. * Participate in incident resolution and technical evolution of implemented solutions. * Train and advise clients within managed services. * Actively contribute to IAM projects, with potential to assume project leadership roles based on experience and track record.
