Your Key Responsibilities: 360° Litigation Management: Tactical tracking of judicial and administrative proceedings, keeping our control matrices up to date. Legal Architecture: Drafting and filing memoranda, appeals, complaints, and other legal documents to high-quality standards. Strategic Support: Assistance in hearings, evidence collection, and preparation of executive reports for decision-making. Case Law Monitoring: In-depth research and continuous updates on relevant doctrine and case law. Institutional Liaison: Direct engagement with judicial offices, notaries, and administrative entities. What We Are Looking For? Education: Law degree with completed specialization. Experience: 2–3 years in litigation or handling judicial proceedings (mandatory proficiency in procedural deadlines). Skills: Impeccable legal writing, exceptional organizational ability, and confidential handling of information. Proficiency in judicial platforms and office software.
