The professional will provide operational support for managing the client’s container fleet, comprising 2\.502 DevOps CIs distributed across AWS (EKS/ECS), Azure (AKS), GCP (GKE), and OCI (OKE). The role covers daily Kubernetes cluster operations, monitoring of CI/CD pipelines, and Level 2 support for incidents related to deployments and infrastructure-as-code.** **Responsibilities** * Monitor container availability and performance in Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, OKE) using native tools and GenWizard. * Monitor CI/CD pipeline execution in GitLab and Azure DevOps; detect and escalate failures in deployment workflows. * Manage permissions and basic configurations in container orchestration services (EKS, AKS, ECS, Kubernetes). * Approve low-risk merge requests according to criteria defined by the senior team. * Collect container metrics and logs for incident analysis and operational reporting. * Provide Level 2 support for issues related to deployments and IaC, under supervision of semi-senior and senior profiles. * Document platform configurations, operational procedures, and container platform runbooks. * Record all activities in ServiceNow Aurora and maintain the DevOps component CMDB up to date. * Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) activities during the mobilization phase. **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience with Kubernetes in production environments or relevant projects. * Knowledge of Kubernetes: concepts including pods, deployments, services, namespaces, ingress, and basic management with kubectl. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps Pipelines, or equivalents. * Introductory knowledge of ArgoCD for GitOps deployments. * Basic Docker container handling: building images, container registries (ECR, ACR). * Basic scripting knowledge: Bash or Python for operational tasks. * Familiarity with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI). * Experience with ticketing tools: ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
