Participation in energy and technological efficiency projects **Job Profile:** We are looking for an **Electromechanical Engineer** with experience in industrial maintenance management, technical team leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring the availability and reliability of production equipment and facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery and infrastructure. * Lead the technical maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to maintenance plans. * Manage external service providers and spare parts suppliers. * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability, etc.). * Prepare budgets and control departmental costs. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. * Participate in energy and technological efficiency improvement projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments. * Knowledge of maintenance management methodologies (CMMS, TPM, RCM). * Proficiency in diagnostic tools and technical software. * Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills.
