This role is well\-suited to someone who thrives in a structured, process\-driven environment and has prior sourcing experience supporting multiple open roles at once. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs * Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks * Manage candidate *scheduling* and interview coordination at scale * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date candidate data in the ATS * Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow\-ups * *Support* recruiters with offer\-stage and *onboarding* administration * Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process ### **Required Qualifications** * **Previous hands\-on sourcing experience is mandatory** in a high\-volume or fast\-paced hiring environment * **Prior experience working remotely is mandatory**, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK\-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered * Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows * High attention to detail and process adherence * Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting high\-volume or operational recruitment teams * Familiarity with recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking * Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders ### **Tools \& Technology** * ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar * Sourcing \& *Scheduling* Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, job boards * Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace **Please NOTE** It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
