Mandatory Requirements * Education: Technician, Technologist, or Engineer in Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Mandatory Certification: Valid “Safe Work at Heights” training course. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in network administration and on-site support. 2\. Required Technical Competencies * Networking Fundamentals: * Solid understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP protocol. * Expertise in IPv4 addressing. * Management of essential services: DHCP, DNS, and Gateway. * Infrastructure Administration: * Configuration and administration of Switches and Routers (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper or similar; Aruba preferred). * Implementation and segmentation of networks using VLANs. * Configuration of trunk links (Trunking). * Diagnosis and Support: * Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks and corporate WiFi environments. * Expert use of diagnostic tools: ping, tracert, netstat, among others. * Analysis of link outages and degradation of connectivity services. * Direct technical support to end users (access troubleshooting). 3\. **Desirable Knowledge (Plus)** * Administration of IP Telephony platforms (Avaya experience preferred). * Proficiency with monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds). 4\.
