The ideal candidate has a solid track record of over 2 years working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrations, plus demonstrated experience implementing Genesys Cloud solutions and practical use of RASA or similar NLP/NLU frameworks. Your core expertise will focus on Genesys, GCP (RASA), Python, and Java frameworks, enabling you to design and integrate high-impact technological ecosystems. In this role, you will not only code—you will be the architect of cutting-edge omnichannel solutions, driving digital transformation for large organizations and elevating your technical profile to the next level within a constantly innovative environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and develop complex customer experience solutions aligned with market best practices. * Integrate the Genesys platform with GCP-based Artificial Intelligence services to enhance automation. * Develop intelligent conversational flows using the RASA framework. * Build robust APIs and middleware connecting cloud infrastructure with end-user interfaces. * Ensure a seamless, secure, and high-performance omnichannel experience for users and agents. * Serve as a technical expert and mentor within the team for resolving complex architectural problems. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Professionals in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, and/or related fields. * **Experience:** Over 5 years of professional software development experience, including more than 2 years specifically with GCP and integrations, demonstrated experience with Genesys Cloud, and hands-on use of RASA or similar NLP/NLU frameworks. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in programming languages: **Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Java frameworks.** * Frontend: Experience with modern frameworks such as **React or Angular**, for customer portals or agent desktops. * Cloud & AI: Advanced knowledge of **GCP (Google Cloud Platform)** services and the **RASA stack.** * APIs & Middleware: Expert-level knowledge of **REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.** * Databases: Experience with both **SQL and NoSQL databases.** * DevOps: Familiarity with **Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.** ### **APPLY NOW and become part of this story!** **Conditions** --------------- * You must be located in **Medellín or Bogotá** to work in a hybrid mode. * **Indefinite-term contract or Contractor**—we seek long-term relationships and want you to be part of our family for many years! * **Seeking professional growth?** At Sofka, we offer a **learning ecosystem** with multiple tools to bridge skill gaps and strengthen your capabilities—you decide how you want to grow!
