Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and gardening, as well as proactivity and responsibility in facility maintenance and customer service. Customer service orientation, proactivity, and responsibility in facility maintenance We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician:** Candidates with a technical background in maintenance or related fields, possessing extensive knowledge and ability to perform a wide range of tasks and minor repairs—including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and gardening—as well as general maintenance and cleaning duties. Strong customer service skills, proactivity, and responsibility for facility maintenance and other duties inherent to the role are required. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry is essential. Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and current regulations governing work at heights is mandatory. **Work Schedule:** Monday and Friday: 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM / Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Saturday: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Rotating) **Work Location:** Avenida Suba, Bogotá **Contract Type:** Project-Based or Labor Contract **Pay Period:** Biweekly **Salary:** Base salary $1\.850\.000 \+ Transportation allowance: $249\.095 \+ Fixed mobility allowance: $150\.000 \+ Statutory benefits Work Location: On-site employment
