Validate it with the Project Manager, Engineering Coordinator and Discipline Leads (CD). * Prepare the project budget, financial plans and billing plans, in coordination with Finance. Verify the project deliverables list with the Project Manager. * Set up the project in HOLA for reporting and controlling man-hours and granting access to project team members. * Prepare templates to be used on the project in accordance with the contract and client requirements, such as periodic reports, KPIs, etc. * Analyse project status and progress in terms of planning, costs, risks and KPIs. * Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager to report any risk or deviation from the schedule and propose contingency plans. * Plan short-term activities within the project (bi-weekly plan).
