This position may be based in BOGOTÁ \- NEIVA OR PITALITO. **Position Objective** ---------------------- Administer, update, and ensure the quality of information and traceability across the various management platforms used by the company and strategic clients, providing technical and operational support to the sustainability team. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and update traceability-related information for projects defined on platforms established by the company and/or client. * Manage databases, indicators, and reports required for operational and administrative program monitoring. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of information recorded in systems. * Administer and provide functional support for platforms such as SharePoint, Infinity, Learnability, KoltiTrace, and other project-related tools. * Monitor and control baseline data, producer records, farm records, and purchase records. * Prepare reports and documentation for indicator tracking, audits, and internal or client requirements. * Support audit and documentary validation processes related to traceability and sustainability. * Provide technical support and user guidance to internal staff on the use of information platforms and tools. * Manage and consolidate operational information required by different project areas. * Support the identification of opportunities for improvement in information management and traceability processes. * Monitor correct data loading, updating, and maintenance on program platforms. * Support data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel and Power BI. ### **Main Requirements** * Technician and/or student in Systems Engineering, Systems Technology, Database Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in database and platform management and administration. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and report generation. * Prior experience in traceability, sustainability, or the coffee/agro-industrial sector is desirable. * Familiarity with information, tracking, and document management platforms. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Technical support and user assistance capabilities. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with platforms such as SharePoint, Infinity, Learnability, KoltiTrace, or similar. * Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). * Experience in data and traceability management across production chains. ### **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Analytical and problem-solving ability.
