We are looking for a ***Digital Project Analyst*** This role aims to manage and execute medium- and high-impact digital projects and initiatives, ensuring deliveries aligned with business objectives, within defined scope, timeline, and quality. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing incremental value delivery and a digital experience aligned with business and customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute digital projects and initiatives, defining scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business priorities. * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements (epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria), facilitating refinement sessions with UX/UI and technology teams. * Oversee end-to-end project tracking, monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments, and proposing timely mitigation actions. * Coordinate internal teams (IT, UX/UI, data, marketing, operations, and commercial) and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. * Monitor KPIs related to milestone adherence, stability, defects, adoption, and post-release digital metrics. * Lead UAT testing processes, release management, and post-implementation stabilization, ensuring orderly closures and lessons learned documentation. * Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and enhance project status visibility. * Promote agile methodologies and collaborative tools to drive operational efficiency and continuous value delivery. **Check-in / Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in digital projects, digital products, or coordination with technology teams, preferably under agile methodologies. * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, MoSCoW prioritization, and Design Thinking applied to delivery. * Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, MS Project, and Office 365\. * Familiarity with digital analytics and metric tracking using tools like Power BI, Adobe CJA, or equivalents. * Experience in functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT testing. * Executive communication skills, cross-functional coordination abilities, and results orientation. * Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
