We’re looking for someone who solves problems, based in Bogotá, who is passionate about programming and deeply understands how things work. **In general** * **Product development:** Design and implement features in real-world projects with clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. * **Quality and standards:** Maintain high test coverage and meet quality criteria that enable confident product scaling. * **Collaboration and execution:** Work with designers and other developers to build elegant solutions, using AI as a natural part of the workflow. **In particular** * Design and implement new features in real-world projects. * Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. * Collaborate with designers and other developers to create elegant solutions. * Maintain high test coverage (\+90%) and adhere to quality standards. * Build interfaces with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind. * Use AI tools for programming and integrate them naturally into the workflow. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team’s codebase. * **Technologies:** Python, JavaScript, Tailwind, UNIX shell, and solid web development fundamentals. * **Engineering skills:** Understand how systems work, why things fail, and how to write durable code. * **AI skills:** Practical use of AI tools for programming, debugging, and accelerating development. * **Location:** Bogotá.
