Join our team and take your profile to the next level! We are looking for a **Senior Programmer in** IBM i AS400, with a professional degree in **Systems Engineering** or related fields, and experience in project management environments within the financial sector, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in: RPG / RPG ILE design and development; programming and experience in IBM i AS400 environments; project and incident management; strong analytical capability. Experience and knowledge in: IBM i AS400, SQL, JIRA, CHANGEMAN, CONTROL\-M, CICS, TSO, VSAM, ALTAMIRA, JAVA, C , XML, HTML, Z/OS, UNIX, WINDOWS, IDZ. Development and maintenance of applications on the IBM i AS400 platform\. Building and tuning programs in RPG / RPG ILE and CL. Supporting and evolving existing routines. Participating in system improvement and stabilization activities. Supporting service exposure where applicable (IBM IWS – REST). **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in RPG / RPG ILE development; CL programming; experience in IBM i AS400 environments Desirable (non-mandatory) knowledge: Knowledge of IBM IWS to expose RPG routines as REST services * Knowledge and use of Jira * Knowledge and experience in **project and incident management in Altamira** * Design of high-availability solutions in database management systems * Support activities for development teams, recommendations, and Best Practices. * Review and design of maintenance plans and scheduled tasks. * **Knowledge and experience in Loans** * Platform health auditing and improvement recommendations. * Experience in the banking sector * Experience and ability to interact with user departments * Effective communication within the team * Autonomous, proactive profile with strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.). * Hybrid. **Additional Information** Key Skills * As400 * RPG * IBM * RPG ILE * IWS Desirable: Experience and knowledge in: COBOL, JCL, SQL, JIRA, CHANGEMAN, CONTROL\-M, CICS, TSO, VSAM, ALTAMIRA, JAVA, C , XML, HTML, Z/OS, UNIX, WINDOWS, IDZ
