Job Summary: We are seeking a Structured Cabling Technician to perform cross-connection, structured cabling, and power cabling activities in a data center, ensuring equipment energization under the highest quality standards. This opportunity is for you! **Job Objective:** * Your primary mission will be to execute cross-connection, structured cabling, and power cabling activities in the data center. * You will perform UTP, fiber optic, and AC/DC power cabling connections, ensuring equipment energization under the highest quality standards, resource optimization, and compliance with customer KPIs and SLAs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and Connection: Install copper, fiber optic (UTP/FO), and electrical cabling within data center infrastructure. * Cross Connection: Execute network cross connections and validate link continuity/connectivity. * Energization: Install AC/DC power distribution equipment and power circuits. * Design and Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and locate equipment according to physical rack-unit distribution. * Certification and Connectivity: Perform punch-down, termination, adaptation, and certification of network points. * Infrastructure Management: Install and adapt racks, vertical cable trays, ladder racks, cable trays, and ensure impeccable cable labeling and organization. * Operational Support: Generate reports on completed work and provide technical support during incidents or contingencies. **Required Profile:** * Education: Technical or Technologist degree (or university student/professional) in Telecommunications, Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Data Networks, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector or in related roles. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Structured cabling for copper and fiber optic (UTP/FO). * Reading of electrical and single-line drawings. * Specific technical regulations for data centers (RETIE, ICREA). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Valid CONTE certification. * Certification for Safe Work at Heights. **What We Offer:** * Life insurance. * Employee fund. * Project-based contract or direct employment with the company.
