We seek a candidate eager to contribute to the development, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions—helping optimize processes and deliver value through technology. **What will be your challenge?** * Administer and provide support for enterprise platforms, primarily Zoho One and other company technological solutions. * Participate in implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects for CRM and ERP tools. * Support system integration processes via APIs and automation. * Manage and resolve technical requests and incidents. * Conduct functional testing and validations prior to production deployment. * Train and assist users in adopting technological tools. * Identify improvement opportunities enabling process optimization through technology. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related fields. * Experience in administration, implementation, or support of technological platforms. * Knowledge of Zoho, CRM, ERP, or enterprise management tools. * Familiarity with integrations, APIs, databases, or process automation. * Analytical ability, proactivity, service orientation, and enthusiasm for problem solving. **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** Indefinite term * **Location:** Bogotá D.C.
