Collaboration in employee well-being activities **Job Objective**: As a Selection Analyst, your mission will be to recruit exceptional talent for our gym chain, ensuring cultural fit and appropriate competencies to promote the well-being of our employees and customers. **Responsibilities**: * **Recruitment and Selection**: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources, prioritizing those who value and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. * **Assessment and Interviews**: Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to determine candidate suitability in terms of skills, experience, and ability to positively contribute to community well-being. * **Interview and Offer Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate interviews with supervisors and team members, as well as prepare and extend employment offers to selected candidates, emphasizing the importance of well-being in our work environment. * **Post\-Hire Follow\-Up**: Maintain contact with new employees during their onboarding period to ensure a successful transition and support their workplace well-being by providing resources and programs that promote health and balance. * **Support for Well\-Being Activities**: Collaborate in planning and executing employee well-being activities—such as exercise programs, mindfulness sessions, or team\-building events—with the goal of strengthening community spirit and promoting a healthy lifestyle. * **Metrics Analysis and Continuous Improvement**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement opportunities, thereby optimizing recruitment and selection processes and fostering a workplace well-being environment that enhances employee performance and satisfaction. **Benefits** * Service provision contract * Fees: $2\.430\.000 * Corporate Well\-Being Benefits, free Gym access, family member discounts, and exclusive commercial partnerships. ***Join our team and help create an environment where well-being is a priority—for both our employees and our customer community.*** Employment Type: Full\-time, Freelance Work Location: On\-site
