BIC, the first financial institution certified as a B Corporation, is seeking a LEVEL II INFORMATION ANALYST Job Objective: Analyze, process, and interpret strategic data (Human Management) using analytical and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI) to generate actionable insights, optimize processes, propose improvements in planning, and ensure achievement of the Human Management Department’s strategic objectives. Responsible for preparing Human Management area reports and dashboards for the company’s various executive departments, as well as providing operational support to area processes through creation and management of tracking and control matrices. Execute automation of internal processes. Create interactive dashboards using DAX and Power Query. Requirements: • Technical degree in administrative sciences, engineering, and/or statistics; or currently enrolled in the 5th semester of an engineering or statistics program. Proficiency in Access, Power BI, Query, SQL, and basic Python. • Three (3) years of experience in this role or related positions.
