Your Key Responsibilities * Develop frontend and backend features for web applications * Design and implement scalable and secure APIs * Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams * Ensure code quality through testing and reviews * Participate in solution architecture design * Optimize application performance and scalability * Implement development best practices (clean code, design patterns) * Participate in cloud environment deployments and maintenance Skills and Attributes for Success * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer * Experience in end\-to\-end web application development * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban) * Ideally, experience in consulting or digital products * English B2 (mandatory) What We Look For We seek self\-motivated individuals who can thrive in a high\-demand, high\-performance environment.
