Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering intern to support technical and maintenance processes, with a focus on developing practical industrial experience. At Challenger, we are looking for a Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering intern to support the company’s technical and maintenance processes. We seek committed, proactive students interested in strengthening their knowledge and gaining practical experience in an industrial environment. Main Responsibilities Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. Monitor maintenance indicators and plans. Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation. Provide support in continuous improvement and automation projects. Support analysis and resolution of equipment and system failures. Carry out tasks assigned by the technical and maintenance departments. Requirements Student of Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering, authorized by their institution to undertake professional practice. Possession of a letter of endorsement to begin the practice period. Interest in gaining experience in industrial processes, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Analytical skills, organizational ability, teamwork, and learning orientation. Practice Conditions Apprenticeship contract. Financial support equivalent to 100% of the current legal minimum wage. Enrollment in EPS (Health Insurance) and ARL (Occupational Risk Insurance). In-person modality. Location: near Portal El Dorado, Bogotá. What We Offer?
