Role: Organize and adjust the weekly shift schedule for operators, taking into account any operational updates. This involves assigning shifts fairly, promptly, and efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted service and optimal utilization of personnel. Requirements: Technical degree in Logistics and Transportation, Technical degree in Systems, Technical degree in Administrative Management, or first-semester students of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and/or related fields. A minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to work shift programming and assignment within operations, including proficiency in operational software, planning tools, report generation, and advanced use of office systems; knowledge in transportation or related areas is preferred. We offer: Base salary: $2,565,200 + transportation allowance: $249,095 + non-salary food allowance: $258,940 + statutory benefits. Indefinite-term contract directly with the company.
