Collaborating with foremen and master craftsmen. **Construction Assistant – Construction** **Position Description:** A prominent company in the construction sector is seeking a Construction Assistant to support various field activities, ensuring compliance with construction processes and maintaining order at the worksite. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in loading and unloading construction materials. * Prepare mixtures (cement, mortar, concrete) as instructed. * Assist foremen and master craftsmen in daily tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Transport tools and materials within the construction site. * Support basic construction tasks (demolition, excavation, backfilling). * Comply with industrial safety regulations and use of PPE. * Follow instructions from supervisory personnel. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of construction experience (preferred). * Good physical condition and willingness to work on-site. * Responsibility and teamwork skills. **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: Project-based or Labor contract * Salary: * Work location: Bogotá, Cundinamarca Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
