Polite and effective user assistance A prominent national technology company is currently recruiting new talent to strengthen its workforce, specifically focused on providing on-site technical support solutions to end customers, with the following requirements: CERTIFIED OR GRADUATED TECHNICIAN or TECHNOLOGIST (MANDATORY) in Systems, Equipment Maintenance, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum TWO YEARS of certified experience providing on-site and remote technical support for computing equipment and peripherals. Experience in equipment migration, preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups, operating system migrations. Equipment setup and inventory management. Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, network administration, diagnosis and resolution of issues in laptops and desktops, working at heights. Primary responsibilities include on-site support and hardware diagnostics. Required knowledge includes: Equipment migration, hardware component testing and BIOS reset, connecting devices to domain and network configuration (IP and DNS), accurate case documentation and incident reporting, polite and effective user interaction. Conditions: Work location: MANIZALES and surrounding municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL); 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours daily), plus availability on Saturdays (not exceeding 44 weekly hours). Contract Type: Project-Based or Service Contract. Salary: $1,750,905 + $38,000 mobile phone allowance + $249,095 transportation allowance + operational expenses and per diems (as applicable), plus all statutory benefits (bonuses, severance pay, interest on severance, paid vacation).
