At **Industrial Taylor**, we are seeking a **Junior Account Manager** in the Coffee Region, passionate about commercial activities and the hospitality sector, to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * **Portfolio Growth:** Acquiring new clients through fieldwork, phone calls, visits, and lead management. * **Commercial Management:** Leading IT sales processes and meeting assigned budget targets. * **Comprehensive Advisory Services:** Providing technical and commercial support, training, and product demonstrations to new and existing clients. * **Strategy and Reporting:** Developing business concept proposals and reporting performance via Odoo. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in a program related to **Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Administration, or Commerce**. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in similar roles. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and **intermediate English**. Culinary knowledge is preferred. * **Key Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, empathy, persuasion, persistence, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. **Conditions:** * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * **Compensation:** Base salary for the position \+ Transportation allowance \+ Additional mobility allowance of $300,000.
