Optimal handling of tools and supplies **Job Description** ---------------------- Assist the drilling team in performing operational activities related to the drilling process. Explomin Perforaciones S.A.S. requires Drilling Assistants with three (3\) years of experience in this position, including at least one (1\) year working for companies in the mining sector and/or diamond core drilling. Job Mission: Assist the drilling team in executing operational activities related to the drilling process, ensuring equipment preparation and maintenance, as well as optimal conditions for tool and supply handling. Responsibilities: * Support monitoring the number of drilling runs. * Prepare and install drilling accessories. * Prepare drilling muds and inspect their discharge. * Place, properly organize, and measure samples or core specimens generated by drilling. * Achieve drilling performance consistent with the assigned machine. * Perform other duties assigned within the mine or on the surface. Knowledge Requirements: * Fluid preparation. * Recognition of drilling spare parts and accessories. * Recognition of parameters and execution of measurements. Salary: Range between $ 1\.750\.905 and $2\.200\.000, plus transportation allowance, social benefits, bonus payments (per meter drilled, retention, safety and assistance), accommodation, meals, uniform cleaning, and round-trip travel expenses to and from home during rest periods. Work Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts, 14 days on duty \* 7 days off. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract.
