Provide efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented support to users (suppliers, entrepreneurs, and dropshippers) via the Intercom platform, managing all requests related to the warranty module, ensuring a positive experience aligned with Dropi’s service standards. Essential Skills and Requirements: Technical or technological degree, or current student in administrative, customer service, logistics, industrial engineering, communications, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital customer service (chat, email, or CRM). Prior experience in e-commerce companies, marketplaces, or logistics is desirable. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive ability. Office Tools: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). What do we offer?
